Damian rang me confirming tomorrows HO appointment we covered
1.All items on the internal list have been done
2.External items painter coming in to touch up front door,timber window.
3.gutters are being done today
4.Mortar is being cleaned
JOFI timber floorer starting on thursday to do the moisture barrier and the timber will come in on monday the 16th .He should finish by the 25th.
Wes meeting me on site to look at the driveway and start on Wed the 11th ,if no rain we are going with "maguire " from cranbourne mix exposed agge.
Fence lot 304 has not signed and sent in the return slip ,his waiting till his garage goes up and Lot 293 still has not sent in hers.Rang fencer said they will do another reminder again and I will on the 17th.
